Antiphony (for Cello and Piano)
This was written for Jeffrey Lastrapes, an amazing musician whom I have had the great honor of knowing for a number of years.
Antiphony is a serious modern-classical work, yet with a harmonic foundation. It was written to highlight the beauties of the cello's melodic warmth, and to easily insert into a diverse program.
